our Build process
The beginning
We begin with 100% new Ford licensed steel bodies. Then we make a number of modifications that will allow us to transplant a brand new Ford Performance Gen 3 Coyote V8 between the frame rails.
The prep
We carefully prepare every body and apply seam sealer on both the interior and exterior. These seams ensure the absolute longest lasting and rugged paint surface.
Primer/Sealer
We then use a high build primer sealer to create a solid foundation for the paint processes to come
Undercarriage
The undercarriage surfaces get the same treatment as the interior or outer surfaces including seam sealer to ensure a long rust-free life.
The final undercarriage prep is the primer sealer, ensuring a quality substrate for the Raptor liner
Raptor Liner
We use Raptor Liner in place of traditional rubberized undercoating due to it's nearly indestructible surface. Raptor liner wears extremely well with UV protectants and is very hard so it resists even the most severe rock chips, salt, sand, and other road debris.
Rugged is the name of the game
We use Raptor liner for interior surfaces so you never have to worry about using the vehicle as it was intended, It will always look great with a simple wipe down.
Custom Touches
Raptor Liner can also be custom mixed to match the paint color of your choice.
Exterior
With the foundation completed we can lay down several layers of any color of your choice
Every part gets the same level of attention right down to the smallest details. This grille has been color matched and creates a statement when badged with the Ford Logo
Coming together
Here the body has been mated with the chassis and is nearing the end.
Everywhere you look you will see the small details that make the biggest difference. We welcome you to compare our work to any other builder.

The Chassis
We designed our own chassis that incorporates the advantages of modern suspension geometry and the latest components to build a chassis that drives every bit a good as these Bronco's look.
From the CNC bent frame rails to the cross members designed to add strength these chassis systems are truly a work of art. They are outfitted with a stainless steel fuel tank as well as a fuel system capable of developing some significant horse power, so if the Factory 460HP Ford Coyote isn't enough for you skys the limit on any custom built power plant
Suspension
In addition to all the great chassis features, this build has been designed with a 2.5" suspension lift which will not only give you a great stance but allows for up to 35" tires.
Ford Performance
We exclusively use brand new Ford Performance Gen 3 Coyote V8's The 460HP is amazing, not to mention that the sound is better than what's on the radio.
Here the body, chassis and engine come together for the first time. All of our builds use Optima Batteries.
Here the completed power plant has been finished with a titanium intake tube and K&N filter
Custom Exhaust
No build would be complete without a custom stainless steel exhaust. Our fabrication roots in motorsports race development are seen here in this 3" TIG welded exhaust
All of our exhaust are fully back purged for a perfect weld and a long-lasting system. All of our fabricated parts carry a full lifetime warranty Period!
Wilwood Disc Brakes
When it comes to braking performance we have come to rely on Wilwood brakes for all of our racing tortured vehicles so it only seems natural to outfit our bronco builds with the same level of performance.
This finished picture shows our custom laser cut bumper systems that can be customized to suit. This one has, yet again, been coated with Raptor Liner to ensure a long lasting worry free life.
Safety
This 3D designed and laser notched roll cage was TIG welded by our master aerospace certified welder and uses 2" .120 wall ProMoly tubing to ensure the highest strength if you should ever needed it and unlike the original roll cages from the 60's this cage has been extended to improve safety for the rear passengers.
